Platform Installation Procedure:

1. Field strip rifle, removing handguard and muzzle device.

2. Carefully measure the barrel outside diameter at the rear sight base to make sure the KOP Platform will fit. (Barrel diameter dimensions are listed on Platforms pages)

3. Unpin and press off the front sight block.

4. Unpin and press off the gas block.

5. Unpin and press off rear sight base.

6. Align and press on KOP Platform until it is flush with the rear of trunnion.

7. Ream pin hole if necessary.

8. Reinstall rear sight base pin.

9. Press on and re-pin gas block.

10. Press on and re-pin front sight block.

11. Reassemble firearm, confirming fit and function.

12. Install Optic Mount with optic attached.

13. Zero firearm.
