Returns and Exchanges
We want your experience with us to be easy and hassle-free. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. All items must be returned in NEW condition (i.e., not used, broken or worn), in the original manufacturer's packaging and with all original contents included, e.g., instruction manuals, accessories, additional components.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS or WRONG ITEM SHIPPED
sp If a package arrives with an incorrect item or if the product does not work properly, Contact us within 30 days of receipt to get the item replaced. When such issues occur, Sabrewerks13 LLC furnishes a UPS prepaid shipping label to our customers to cover all return shipping expenses.
sp Customers are required to fill out an RMA form before a label is provided. No shipping-charges refunds are issued if a customer return ships items without contacting Sabrewerks13 LLC for a prepaid return label first.
sp Sabrewerks 13 LLC is limited in responsibility to replacing the defective item. We are not responsible for repair costs, gunsmith charges, or damage to the firearm or other property.
EXCHANGES
sp Sabrewerks13 LLC will gladly fulfill an exchange whenever you are not fully satisfied with a purchase within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure the returned item is in NEW condition (i.e., not used, opened, broken or tested) . Please review the Return and Exchange Instructions for more detailed information on generating an exchange.
Shipping charges are not refunded or paid by Sabrewerks13 LLC for Exchanges.
sp Charges associated with returning items to Sabrewerks13 LLC are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
sp Sabrewerks13 LLC has created a simple and hassle-free Return and Exchange process with step-by-step guidelines for your convenience. To return an item, please follow these steps:
1.Email Sabrewerks 13 LLC at: sales@sabrewerks.com to receive a RMA Request Form. In your email, include your name and address and give a brief description of your reason for requesting a return.
2.Sabrewerks13 will send the RMA Form to you as a return email.
3.Print out and complete the RMA Form for all returns. Please note that we are unable to accept a return without a printed out and completed RMA Request Form.
4.Upon completion, include the RMA Form inside of the box and return the merchandise within 10 business days to ensure that your exchange or refund is processed in a timely fashion.
 a.Pack the item(s) securely using the original packing material and return all promotional materials, accessories, manuals, etc. that were included with the original shipment.
 b.Please note that Sabrewerks13 LLC is currently unable to accept COD shipments. To ensure proper delivery, we highly recommend that you choose a carrier that offers delivery notification (e.g., UPS, USPS or FedEx).
 c.Include completed RMA Request Form in the box.
 d.Please print "Merchandise Return" on the outside of the box.
 e.Insure the package for the full merchandise value. Sabrewerks13 LLC is not responsible for returned merchandise until signed for at our warehouse. Therefore, customers are responsible in cases where a returned package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
5.Sabrewerks13 LLC processes all returns within 10 business days of the receipt of the returned merchandise. Once a return is received by Sabrewerks13 LLC, the Returns department will process the RMA according to our Return Policy. If the item is not defective, broken, incorrect, or if the customer misused the merchandise, Sabrewerks13 LLC reserves the right to charge the customer's account the return shipping fees or refuse the return.
6.You will be notified via email, once the return is received and processed, with all information about your exchange or refund.
7.Replacement, Exchange or Refund is made to customer.

Note: For partial returns on kits or on any bundled goods, credits or discounts may be lost. For example; You bought a promotion item such as “Buy one Optic Mount, get the second at Half Price!” If you returned only ONE of the Optic Mounts, you would only get the “Half Price” amount returned to you.

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION FORM
sp All exchanges and returns require the completion of a Return Merchandise Authorization Form. Email Sabrewerks13 at: sales@sabrewerks.com to receive a RMA Form. In your email, give a brief description of your reason for requesting a return. Sabrewerks13 will email the RMA Form to you as a return email.
sp Print out and complete the RMA Form for all returns. Upon completion, include the RMA Form inside of the box and return the merchandise within 10 business days to ensure that your exchange or refund is processed in a timely fashion.
RESTOCKING FEES
sp Sabrewerks13 LLC does not charge restocking fees for most items sent back within 30 days of receipt. Restocking fees do not apply for items that are returned new, unused and with all original packaging and accessories, provided all Return Conditions are met and Return Instructions are followed.
sp Sabrewerks13 LLC reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% on returns of installed, used or damaged products and for those returns not following our Return and Exchange Instructions. Please note that Sabrewerks13 LLC reserves the right to refuse any returns received in non-sellable condition. Additionally, Sabrewerks13 LLC reserves the right to charge additional fees if an item is not returned in its original packaging with accessories, manuals, etc. that were included with the original shipment.
SHIPPING CHARGES

sp Shipping charges are not refunded or paid by Sabrewerks13 LLC for Exchanges.
sp Sabrewerks13 is unable to offer refunds for shipping charges, including international shipping. Please be advised that we are unable to refund any fees imposed by an entity other than Sabrewerks13 LLC, e.g., customs or brokerage fees.
REFUNDS

Upon approval, Sabrewerks13 LLC refunds customers via the original payment method. For example, if a customer paid via PayPal, any necessary refunds will be applied to the customer's PayPal account. In rare cases, circumstances may require that we issue a check to the customer via USPS mail when an additional refund is due.

Credit card companies vary in the time required to post credits back to a customer's account. Please consult your credit card company for additional information regarding credit policies. For PayPal orders, refunds will need to be withdrawn from your PayPal account to reflect on your credit card statement.

Unfortunately, at this time Sabrewerks13 LLC is unable to accept any returns after 30 days elapse from the time of receipt. If you have warranty issues after 30 days from receipt, please contact Sabrewerks13 LLC for possible repair or replacement options.
